I need the 32bit and 64bit for the Administrative installation

I did a search but I do not think they are the correct downloads.

Do I have to go through Oracle Support to get the correct download?

On Windows Server 2012, only 64bit 11.2.0.4 or later is applicable, no use trying 32bit on that platform.

I take it you do not use SSIS?
