SQL-Server error (ODBC State:42000)

    Microsoft SQL-DMO (ODBC State: 42000)

    Julie says: I'm attempting to perform routine backups of our databases, but one particular database will not complete its backup. I keep getting the following error:

    Write on

    E:\MSSQLSqlServer\Backup\data' failed, status=112. See the SQL Server error lof for more details. BACKUP DATABASE is terminating abnormally.

    Any information will be appreciated.

    Check the servers Event Logs. Backups generally put more in depth info there when they fail.
