xp_readmail: failed with operating system error 80

    when i execute xp_sendmail with @attach_results=true, it will get "xp_sendmail: failed with operating system error 80".

    but when set @attach_results=false.  no error found . why?

     os is Win2000 Server+Sql Server 2000(sp4)

    I know this is an old post but better late than never! - I have experienced this and it was caused by the temp folder that the mail process copies it's attached files to becoming full. Easy fix, just increase the free space on the drive that the temp files folder resides.
