Great article. I've experienced this problem from a database that i had inherited. The 5GB data file was dwarfed by the 90GB transaction log file. I did run a transaction log backup but it was still full and then had to do some digging to find that it was still setup for replication. It was a fairly traumatic experience but one that i have most definitely learnt from. I wish I could have had this article to hand at that moment in time!
