SQL 2k Ent not seeing all disks

  • Hi,

I have a SQL2k Ent install running on Win2k Adv in a active/passive cluster, i have 4 drives L,M,S & T however SQL is only seeing M.  All drives are group in the cluster admin so i am not really sure why its not seeing them all, i have also moved my master DB log file onto the L drive following Steve Jones 'Move Your Master' article and this worked fine it was only when i went to move my tempdb log that i noticed there was an issue.

Any pointers on how i can resolve this would be great.

    Thanks

  • Answered my own question on this, when you install on a cluster it only allows you to select one disk which it makes a dependancy of SQL Server, once you are all installed you need to stop SQL Server and add in the additional disks as dependancies then SQL will see them.
