Is there a way to hide/eliminate the "auto layout" menu item (and toolbar icon) when creating a DTS. Although I save my packages on a regular basis when developing, sometimes I accidentally click the "auto layout" icon, which completely destroys the aesthetics of what I've created.
I'm asking because I'm assuming there's no undo or cntrl-Z functionality after pressing "auto layout".
Thanks in advance.

Auto-Layout in DTS - the most hated button I've ever come across ![]()
Unfortunately, removing that little button would probably result in crippling the DTS designer.
Oh well, guess we just have to get paid for saving our DTS packages every 5 seconds instead of actually designing the packages
Imagine what that'll do to project timelines
