Just eyeballing that string, two things that I would try:
1. put a space before the 2nd /SET
2. lose the trailing \ in "C:\Users\mydir\Documents\SRM_IS\IS\ETL\". I seem to recall seeing DTEXEC having problems with the trailing slash.
