Can DTS\VBScript access a SQL Database?

    I wrote a well-tested DTS package that uses a VBScript. But the boss wants a change that would force me to, essentially, access a SQL server 7 database table from my VBScript. Can this be done?

    I dont see why not. Pretty common to use VBS to access db's/tables in web pages. Should it be done is another question!

    It can be done, but is there a specific concern you have for the change?
