it sounds like a network issue...maybe DNS/WINS?
at the end, it says the IP is 165.193.92.4. is that an IP Address on your network?
does your connection string use the name of a server, or it's IP address?is it by server name, like SERVER4, or by DNS, like server4.yourdomain.com, or raw ip address?

Here are two possible reasons for the error and fixes per Microsoft, if these are not relevant to you post again but this time I need to know Asp.net version and IIS version.

Asp.net

System.Web.HttpUnhandledException: Exception of type System.Web.HttpUnhandledException was thrown.
The first line of your stack trace tells me it is Asp.net and I have posted two Asp.net solutions so do all that is recommended before posting with you new error. And you are not using Asp.net direct you are running third party CMS so you may need to contact product support for your CMS vendor.

CMS is not a vendor it is a folder

The first things to try is disable anonymous access and enable impersonation both in IIS. And I see connection pooling related error that may be related to your connections not disposed because anything you use with ADO.NET must be disposed.
Kind regards,
