Hi,
I have a drilldown matrix report with 2 levels drilldrown. It works fine when I deploy to the report server. But, when exported to excel the "+" sign of the first level drill down appears on the heading of the matrix instead on the data row. (basically, the collapsing + sign appears one row above for the groups defined) Could you please help me fix this issue?
Thanks,
Ramya

Hi, Any help regarding this?
I have attached the screenshot to explain what I meant. You can notice that "+" appears one row above for each data row; (the first + appears at the heading.)

Hi Madhuri,
You can achieve drill down in matrix using the Toggle Visibilty properties in the matrix.
Suppose you have a matrix with 2 groups a and b, and if you want to drilldown to b level, then
1: Go to matrix properties, Groups
2: Select Group b, go to Visibility tab and select the Visibility can be toggled by another report item and select the textbox name of level a in the dropdownlist.
Hope that helps.

Hi All, I was able to figure out the solution for the issue I had posted orginally in this list.
The + sign of the drilldown was appears one row above when exported to excel when the subtotal happens in the footer instead of the header. And the matrix report puts the subtotal in footer by default. I changed the subtotals to appear in the header (by changing the Layout Position = Before) in the subtotal properties. And then it worked fine when exported to excel.
Thanks,
Ramya
