I'm trying to setup my db backup job to send me an email when the job fails. I setup db mail and it sent a test email. I then setup an operator for my email, pointed the job to the operated and set the email to be sent when the job completes (for testing purposes, it'll only be sent if the job fails) and I'm not getting any emails. What else do I need to do to get this working?
I stopped and started SQL agent twice and still nothing.
