Hi Guys,
I'm experiencing a problem with one of my sql servers,about two weeks ago I diasabled hyper threading and experienced huge deep in performance and the CPU time for most of the proccessors reached 90 to 100 % then I decided to enable hyper threading again but I'm still experiencing the same performance issues,what could be the problem

You haven't given many details, and there could be any number of things causing your problem.
Most people take a quick peek in profiler to see if anything unusual sticks out.
Just going to the Search box in the upper right corner, and using one of these search strings should get you started.
cpu 100%
sql identify long running queries
Performance Issues is a topic that is seen fairly often, and you should be able to find some things you can look at, and see the kind of details others are looking for to help troubleshoot the problem.

Are certain that switching of hyper threading has cause server slowdown? Could it be something else?

Also take a look at this.
Describing exactly what was done to turn off hyper threading might give some clues, as well as why we decided to do this to begin with.
I'd think that if it's working fine, somenone wouldn't just change things.
Most of the articles on hyper threading I have seen don't usually see much of an impact on SQL server.
