Getting error while installing SQL Server 2005 on Windows Server 2003 SP1

    SQL Server Setup failed to modify security permissions on file C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Binn\atxcore90.dll for user. To proceed, verify that the account and domain running SQL Server Setup exist, that the account running SQL Server Setup has administrator privileges, and that exists on the destination drive.

    If you will run SSRS both Win2003 and SQL Server 2005 must be SP2 and above that is the base requirement for any system that is used for both development and deployment since 2007.
