I am having more than 2 years of experience in working on database technologies.
i have worked as informatica developer for about 1 year 2 months. Then i relocated to UK and here i am working on sql server in a small retail chain.
I have done MCTS SQL 2005.
I am managing sql server 2000 database backups , recovery and dts processes and reporting services.
I have also worked in java and struts (web development) at the start of my career for about 8 months.
How can i grow my career what new things i can learn?
Please help

What do you want to learn? what aspects of the Job do you enjoy?
It seems like you have worked as a ETL developer, database developer, software developer and a DBA. All of these are good areas to develop into a career, with Informatica experience you should be able to pick up SSIS and move into DW.
My adive would be continue picking up knowledge from all areas until you find some specific area that really interests you and then pursue this.

I would recommend you add SSAS and SSRS to your skill set. (Reporting Services on 2000 isn't relevant to the current SSRS in 2005 and 2008) You could do that through certification by taking the 70-448 exam:
MCTS: Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Business Intelligence Development and Maintenance
This would add some reporting and OLAP skills, which are very necessary in data warehousing and would complement your ETL and DBA skills. My two cents...
