Virtual Memory exceeds in new

Hi,
I have getting the following error while compressing a file with rar32.exe in a stored procedure with 'exec xp_cmdshell';
Virtual Memory exceed in 'new'
and aborts compressing. Is it an error about SQL Server memory or relates with OS Memory strategies?

Yes I can see for that reason I told Steve that the SSC board should have more moderators just to check any double posts or any spam posts or something that is not for the SSC etc etc.
