Hi,
We work with Sqlserver2000 and every day to 17h GMT the system becomes too heavy.
The configuration of our server is as follows:
-- 32 GB of memory
-- 2 dual core processors
--/ 3 GB disabled
--PAE disabled
--AWE active.
By consulting with logs, we find the following warning (unable to allocate 'min server memeory' of 3990 MB).
And in the event log ago (Event log - 17052: This SQL Server has been optimized for 8 concurrent queries)
Please help me diagnose the problem and possible solutions me.
Kind Regards,

Did you check the SQL Server Properties and see what you could do under the Memory tab?

By disabling PAE - SQL Server cannot use any more than 2GB of memory. AWE may be active in the SQL Server settings, but it cannot access that memory.
