SQL Server could not spawn FRunCM thread. Check the SQL Server error log and the Windows event logs for information about possible related problems.

Check the SQL Server error log, see what it says. There should be reasons written into the log saying why things failed.
The log's just a text file and it's named 'Errorlog'. You can open it in notepad. The location depends on where SQL was installed, but you shoule be able to find it using a search in explorer.
