We are replicating our production realtime transaction switch over a 2 meg link to our DR site using updatable subscriptions. We do around 20 tps.
When we failover the server over there will push the information back to the distributor on the primary site and back to the publisher (this I understand) but my question is will the change be republished back to subcriber that originated the update??
I am trying to work out if I am better off reversing replication - we normally stay over at our DR site for about 1 week and I am thinking of the strain on the WAN.
Cheers
