After Installation MS-SQL 2005 I cannot see SQL Server management studio.
How to get the shortcut Icon?

When you intsall SQL Server 2005 you have to select the "client tools" as a component for installation in the wizard. Failure to do this will result in the client tools, including management studio not being installed.
To install the client tool simply insert the SQL 2005 cd and just select the "work station" components for installation. Hope this helps

Programs -> Microsoft SQL Server 2005 -> SSMS
Be sure you installed client tools. This is not required, so if you don't have the group, run the install again and just pick client tools.

If you installed the Express Edition, you may need to go acquire SSMS from Microsoft's download site...

Yes,
I had a friend with the same problem. She had not installed SSME management studio but had installed the server in express edition.
