Best way to transfer large xml files to sql server 2000

    I am wondering if anyone can help me with a query about transferring xml files to sql server. At present we are using an xml script file but it takes a long time, and we are not entirely sure all the data is getting through. The files are around 20 MB and we are currently using sql 2000 but would have the opportunity to use 2005 if it is more suited to this function. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Thank you for the previous links, I am currently trying to install the xml bulk load component through a service pack. Does anyone know what size of xml file SQL 2000 and 2005 can handle with or without the bulk load component. Is there any difference betweeen the size each version can take.
