  Is there any way to make a backup to a sql file which contains the data like "insert" sql-command instead of a binary db file?

  Finally I found it.

   

  You can check the method in http://www.kofler.cc/mysql/mssql2mysql.txt, which uses a vbasic macro that can be executed from MSWord, MSExcel... macro editor.
