enterprise manager properties - poll interval

    I can turn the Server state polling in SQL Server Enterprise Manager Properties off and on and see the results on the Sessions on the server but the Poll interval is stuck at 10 seconds no matter what I do. How can I get this to change? Does it make any difference if it is longer?

    Don't know how to change it but it can make a difference if there's too much noise on the network.

    To clarify - I can change the value of the polling time but it still polls every 10 seconds no matter what value I put in.
