Data Restoration

    I made a horrendous cock up and changed the type of an important field from nText to nvarchar. This caused me to lose thousands of text data due to the field changing from a few thousand characters to about 20!

    Is there anyway that I can get this data back? I have not made a manual backup...

    Possibly you could use Log Explorer from Lumigent, just got it installed at work, have not used enough to say for sure if it would do it or not. No old full backup to work with somewhere?
