  I am trying to rebuild my master database with the RebuildM utility. It copies the files correctly, then gets to a Server Configuration Process and the thermometer just continues to loop from beginning to end. I let this run for about 15 hours and still nothing. Using Personal SQLServer2000 Version.

  Any Help?

  Files are generally set to read only when they get copied off the CD.
