Hey, Steve,
I didn't get notified when someone sent me a PM last night. So I went to an old notification message and clicked on this link to get to my PM box: http://www.sqlservercentral.com/forums/privatemessages.aspx
When I did, I was redirected to an error page. The error is:"The Following Error Occurred...
Sorry the application encountered an unexpected error. Information about this error has been logged. If you continue to receive this message please contact the board administrator."

I think it's a transient error. I know I got notified of a PM yesterday in email.
You can delete PMs, so the link isn't guaranteed to work. You can click in the upper left, below the My Account" link, where it says messages to get to the PM page.

Something weird is going on. I've got a bunch of old PMs in my Inbox and I know for a fact someone sent me 2 new ones (1 yesterday and 1 today), but my Inbox quantity says (0/2) and I don't see the two new ones.
Username "Fraggle" sent me the messages.
I tested sending one to myself and got it, and my notification just fine. Could it be that Fraggle is having problems with his PM?
