I am relatively new to the SQL arena, so for give me if my question is deemed remedial. I have two SQL 7 servers, one is production and the other is for replication. All of my user accounts reside on the production server, I would like to know if the user accounts can be replicated to the other server. If they can not be is there a utility that I can use to bring the users over?

Yes you can. Check out the Q article. It has a script that builds a script to transfer users from one server to another.

There's also a task in DTS (Data Transformation Services) which might be of interest.
