  Horrible screenshot to read :ermm:

  Does your instance have an E-drive ?

  Does that E-drive contain a path called "program files\microsoft sql server\Data" ?

  Does your sqlserver service account have the needed auth to that folder ?

  Agree with ALZDBA. Most likely your server does not have E drive or the folders that is being referred to in the screenshot.
