Recently I had the chance to participate in a survey of holders of the MCDBA and how they felt about certification, how valuable it was professionally, and more. Today I received a copy of the results and received permission from the person who conducted the survey - Dr. Jack McKillip, Professor of Psychology at Southern Illinois University - to share the results here on the site. It's not light reading and I can't say that I agreed with all of the results (and some opinions) but a lot of it rings true. I hope you'll take time to download and read when you can devote a few minutes of quiet time to it, and then post your comments about it here in the discussion area dedicated to this post. I'll be passing the URL on to Dr. McKillip - here's your chance to be heard!
