Ah, if you're reading this aren't you the curious one! I ran across the link below a while back and have been saving it for a rainy day/debating whether it's suitable for my blog. It's almost raining today, but I decided it was suitable because every blog needs a humor injection once in a while. The link goes to a page that shows calories burned for different...approaches. There's no objectionable video (is that a plus or negative?), but it might set off the alert at work - fair warning.
