Creating Databases was actually posted last week, but got distracted with some other stuff. A basis walk through of creating databases along with related items - autogrow, file placement, etc, though I opted to not cover filegroups. I use filegroups at times, but it felt like adding them made the article longer than it needed to be and in my view are a more advanced technique that should be applied sparingly.
