To anyone that has ever served in any branch of the military, I say:

Thank you for your sacrifice and service!

I also thank your family for their sacrifice.

If you can't explain to another person how the code that you're copying from the internet works, then DON'T USE IT on a production system! After all, you will be the one supporting it!

As one who served, thanks Wayne. I wish that everyone would remember that "Freedom is NOT Free" and that "all it takes for evil to succeed is for good men and women to do nothing".

"RBAR is pronounced "ree-bar" and is a "Modenism" for "Row-By-Agonizing-Row".

First step towards the paradigm shift of writing Set Based code:
Stop thinking about what you want to do to a row... think, instead, of what you want to do to a column."

(play on words) "Just because you CAN do something in T-SQL, doesn't mean you SHOULDN'T." --22 Aug 2013

I also wish to thank those men and women I served with back in the late 60s and early 70s. We've kinda been around the block a few times, but I still recall the work and good times when I served. Thanks to all our current men and women in the service of our wonderful country. Keep up the good work!!
