While taking backup of MSDB database, in report log it is showing shortage of space. actually we are having 60+ Gb free space available on that drive.
Please resolve the same ASAP.

How big is your MSDB database? Are you sure it's the MSDB backup that is causing the out-of-space condition.
Without more information, my response to a demand for an ASAP resolution would have to be:
Reply hazy, try again later.
And then again, I might be wrong ...

look for more information
1. size of msdb
2. recovery model of msdb
3. space available on the drive where you are taking backup...
4. Error message.
Once you have all in place, probably you should have the solution as well...
