Independence Day is a great film, right up to the point when they use an Apple laptop to upload a virus into the mothership. Yea, right. Call me picky, but...
I did like the joke about a "close encounter" though.

It doesn't seem right to award 10 points to a non-sql question, while the sql questions are worth 2 and 3 points. Especially for such an easy non-sql question.
I didn't know it was allowed to use google/other sites to cheat to score points. Oh well...

Why not use Google for answering questions? We also use Google to solve problems don't we?
But I agree, it does seem like an awful lot of points rewarded to such an easy question to answer. I guess it's a gift ;)
Happy Independence Day to you American people :)

| I agree we can use google, but the thought never occured to me. I was viewing these questions like as an exam, not as a prompt to make me go learn. Better to google than to guess I guess.

I could have sworn the question asked which of these actors lived in Colorado...
When I go back to it now, it is "who starred in Independence Day" that surely is an easy question... since I no longer see the word "Colorado" in the question - gotta learn to answer them later in the day after all the changes go through.
Since SQL Server is mostly developed in the US, it's a holiday, and the editor lives in Denver, who were the main characters in the movie Independence Day? An easy 10 points for you.

Well...as you can read in the question:
...who were the main characters... states that there are multiple characters and therefore you should give multiple answers...

+11 points for me read it and weep! :P
Though it was such a cheesy remake of War of the Worlds (HG Well's book not some film starring Shorty Cruise).
