Dear EXPERTS
I have two servers installed sqlserver management studio 2008r2 ,before update the windows (windows server 2008 standard ) can easily connect to remote server and vice versa.But after update iam unable to connect both servers to each other i face problem while connecting to server 1 the error
A connection was successfully established with the server,but then an error occurred during the log in process(provider :TCP provider ,error :0- An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.) ( Microsoft sqlserver ,error :10054 )
Form the second server if i try to connect server 1 sql mangement studio i go error
Index was outside the bounds of the array .(system.Data)
SERVER 1

SERVER 2

Both machine having same version

..If am able to recall, this issue I have faced when trying to connect DB engine with a lower version of client.
In your case I am not sure though.

Hi,
This seems like an environment issue to me. Sql server is able to make connection but it is not able to sustain them.
Have some network guy look at your network.
Sorry i cannot be more specific, I have no idea about the network issues.
