  • Its not much of a story but I thought I would start things off. Looking forward to the results!!!

  • Steve, could you add a box in the form to include how the person resolved the problem and if they themselves fixed it, it was discovered and fixed by others, or they had to call the for tech support for one or more products? It might add value to those in the community if the stories were published without names but with the problem definition and how it was fixed were present. Lessons learned from crisis or extreme problem solving situations can be very valuable.

    Just a thought.

    Completely agree, but if you could collect them with identification and later publish without including the name etc, it might work.

    I probably won't enter as I don't think anything I came up with would be as good as others on these boards, but I've love to drive that Bugatti Veyron! What a sweet ride!!

  • Maybe just put in the first 4 or 5 characters of the e-mail address. You'll know. With my email addy, they probably can figure it out, but it isn't everybody in the world.
