I am in a scenario where I need to choose whether I should go ahead with mirroring or not. Can anyone guide me here?
1. In sql server 2005 the database mirroroing was for only evaluation purpose. Can we use database mirroring in sql server 2008 in production environment? Do
we still need to enable trace flag 1400?
2. I am DBA and need to configure availability solution between two different servers which are in two different domains. I am sure that I can't use logshipping. can I use mirroring in this scenario?
