trying to apply sp1 or sp2 on sql 2012 running on win2012R2 and the service pack hangs on Instance Shared Features: Updating 'Shared Features': Calculating servicing workflow. Saving feature states.
Anyone seen this issue? SSRS Sharepoint Integrated Mode, SSRS SP Add-in for Sharepoint, SSDT and client tools installed.
