  Hey all

  Since few days I couldn't have any Backup on my Tape ...!!!

  Can anyone help on the error message below :

  [Microsoft SQL-DMO (ODBC SQLState: 42000)] Error 3239: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The backup set on device '\\.\Tape0' uses a feature of the Microsoft Tape Format not supported by SQL Server.

  [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]BACKUP DATABASE is terminating abnormally.

  First, don't back up to tape. Back up to disk and then move to tape.

  second, it sounds like your job has a problem with the backup set. Can you post the code for the backup?
