    Are you using windows 2003 or 2008 clustering?

  • try now, the pdf is fairly large so download to disk and then open!

  • do you configure windows cluster too? or are you interested in sql server cluster only?

    if second option, speak to your network & storaga guys and ask them to configure storage as following:

    1) Data files - raid5 (or 10 if you can afford or require it)

    2) Log files - raid 10

    3) Temp DB file - raid 10

    4) Quorum

    5) MS DTC

    Also ask to be provided a static IP for your SQL server cluster (unless you will be using DHCP)
