Hi, What does the snapshot agent do after the initial snapshot is taken in a transactional replication? If the snapshot agent is scheduled to run twice a day, does it just get the snapshot of the changes made to the schema or does it get the snapshot of all the articles published each time it runs? Explanation of how the snapshot agent works in this case will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Beulah Kingsly

It is same as the initial snapshot. Schema changes are replicated by transactional replication.

| Thanks Suresh. Will only the changes to schema be replicated or will the entire schema be copied over (as in initial snapshot)?

Snapshot agent replicates entire schema (as in initial snapshot).
