one of our user want to insert data in Japanese in one of the tables but also we want to store the data in english as it is existing now. What changes we have to make on the database as well as table/column to incorporate Japanese language? What type of collation we have to use to read/write in both english and Japanese language?

Thanks in advance for your response!!
