You'd be far better off actually using the product and studying from legal sources rather than devaluing the certification by using braindumps!

If you do decide to take the decent approach the first two levels of certification are MCTS (Exam 70-433) and MCITP (Exam 70-451). The former is a prerequisite for the latter.

Braindumps are cheating. They are actual questions taken from the exam in violation of the NDA that all exam candidates have to accept.
Using or supplying braindumps can result in your certifications being revoked permanently.

Go and buy the study guide and study for the exam. You'll have learn nothing if you just memorise answers.
