StyleCop is a C# tool.
If you're looking for a way of refactoring SQL code to meet specific style rules - look at SQL Refactor from Redgate (which I've used and is excellent) or apex sql refactor - which I've not actually used - but looks good in the blurb
A backup strategy is worthless. A tested and documented *recovery* strategy though ... now you're starting to get somewhere.
