i install 8.0.2039 Analysis service in my server
after install, my event log fill with "MESSAGE Windows cannot load extensible counter DLL MSSQLServerOLAPService, the first DWORD in data section is the Windows error code. " and have new message every 5 minutes.
i found this article

but this didn't help
Anyone have any idea how to solve ?

That article is not relevant to you because your stack trace is telling me you are installing SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services which means your relational engine 2000 must be SP4 and the Analysis Services should be at least SP2.
I have found the service pack download you need which is SP4 for the relational engine and SSAS SP4, check the link below to download SQL Server 2000 Sp4

I actually already include SQL2000.AS-KB884525-SP4-x86-ENU.EXE in this analysis service

There is one pesky problem your SSAS is run by the SQL Server 2000 relational engine so you also need SP4 of the relational engine if this is new installation. If existing you still need to find out if your relational engine is SP4 if not apply it before installing the SSAS 2000 with SSAS 2000 SP4.
