Respected all
We have 60 gb database which having 20 gb of one table which we would like to partition & make it a different as separate primary or secondary filegroups to improve the performance.
Please suggest

Please suggest what? You haven't asked a question.
If you have a table you want to partition, you need to learn how to partition. There are articles on this site and in Books Online that will explain how to do this.
