Just have a look at http://www.jumpstarttv.com

This site contains short (2-5 minute) video clips on specific topics. It will not teach someone how to be a DBA, but it will show you how to tackle specific problem or to make unique solutions.

To get a firm grip on the basics (and for a great price) check out http://www.trainingspot.com

It has couple free videos but if you subscribe for a 3 month subscription $39.95 you can download all the videos offline and view at will...

You could also check out The Virtual Campus http://www.vtc.com/ . It is $30 per month but contains thousands of training videos on many different subjects....pretty good database training.

I have found searching MSDN.microsoft.com very handy once you get used to searching the site. But this little tutorial was handy for me.
