For Example in the following image, there is a "NULL" word next to Begin Date and End Date. I would like to change that word to "All" or "Any".

Unfortunately, other than changing the wording of the prompts there's not much we can do with the parameter selection area, unless you want to write a custom front end to gather all of your parameters and pass them in via the URL when you open the report.
