How to find the amount of Data replicated from Publisher to Distributor Expand / Collapse

I am trying to find the amount of data replicated from publisher to Distributor in terms of Size(MBs/GBs) instead of Transactions/sec or Commands/sec; I want to know how can we track the data interms of size like Ex:

40GB of data is replicated in last 5Hrs for example; but how would you measure that.

I am not aware of a built-in way to do this. If you're looking for something short-term maybe try a third party tool like Wireshark. Longer term solutions probably require some kind of dedicated hardware which can do packet analysis and reporting.
