Can anyone tell me if there are graphs available within Management Studio to get a visual of database size, growth, etc?

If you right-click on a database (or pretty much anything in object explorer) you can select from a number of built-in reports.
Some of them have some charts and graphs.
You can also create your own custom reports.

There are, but they may or may not be what you are looking for. in Management Studio, right-click on a database in the Object Explorer pane and select "Reports.. Standard Reports.. " where you will see a long list of reports. Some of them are graphical.
