Setting: Windows XP with SP3, x86 box
Trying to install sql 2005 client tools on this box.
Client passes all sql requirments (except for the one about IIS).
The setup fails:

Just enable IIS Service(if installed) and it will be good to go. Else goto Control Panel-> Add Remove Programs-> Add Remove Windows component Tab on Left Side check Internet Information Services and Next Next to complete.. Run setup agan. Try this.

I installed IIS and re-tried the sql 2005 client install. Unfortunately, the install failed again at the msxml6 step.
